Nooks is an AI dialler for outbound sales teams, with parallel dialling, live coaching and sequencing in one platform, sold on a custom quote. I built KIK Studio for UK and EU B2B teams of one to twenty who want to make one call at a time, with a rep on every call. Everything below about Nooks comes from its own pages, checked on 3 October 2026, and the sources are listed at the end.

Where Nooks is the better choice
Nooks does a lot that KIK Studio doesn't, and for some teams that matters more than anything else on this page.
- High-volume SDR teams that want parallel dialling. Nooks runs 2 to 5 lines at once, and its Turbo mode averages about 6.
- Teams on HubSpot or Salesforce. Nooks integrates with both, and with ZoomInfo, Cognism and LeadIQ for data.
- Buyers who need security paperwork. The trust centre lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Nooks also has a one-line power mode, so it isn't parallel only.
Where KIK Studio fits
KIK Studio is a browser-based dialler, built in Sheffield, and I use it on my own cold calls. It dials one call at a time, with a rep on every call. There's no parallel or predictive mode, and that's deliberate.
Two UK safeguards sit in the dialler. A ringing call can't be hung up before 15 seconds, and that's enforced on the server, so it doesn't rely on the rep. Unanswered calls give up after a limit you set.
Pressing 0 adds the person and number to your do not call list. You can upload your own list of numbers, emails and company domains, and a suppressed number can't be dialled. The card tells you why.
The day-to-day parts are simple. CSV import with UK number normalisation and duplicate handling. One-key outcomes from 1 to 9 and 0, which create follow-up tasks. Callbacks go to the top of the queue on the day they're due. The next contact dials after you log an outcome, and the call log has filters and CSV export.
What it doesn't do today: CRM integrations, transcription, AI summaries or coaching, parallel dialling, SMS, inbound call centre features, a mobile app, or built-in TPS screening. Pricing is not published yet.
UK rules and calling
Ofcom's policy on abandoned and silent calls applies to any dialler you use to call the UK, whatever its mode. Ofcom expects an unanswered call to ring for at least 15 seconds, and says the 3% abandoned call rate was never a safe harbour. The UK cold calling law guide has the detail and the sources.
On recording, Nooks's guidance says: "It's recommended to turn off call recordings for teams that need to abide by laws in the EU, EEA and the UK." If you record, tell the person. The call recording guide covers what UK law expects.
On screening, Nooks's article tells users to check their data providers' controls against national Do Not Call registries. Neither tool publishes built-in TPS or CTPS screening, so with either one you screen your list before you call. The TPS and CTPS guide explains why B2B callers check both registers.
Which one to pick
If you want parallel lines, AI coaching and a Salesforce or HubSpot integration, Nooks is the closer match. If you want one call at a time, with the ring time and do not call list handled by the dialler, and you can manage without integrations for now, KIK Studio is in early access.
Questions people ask
Is Nooks available in the UK?
Nooks lists United Kingdom Mobile in its table of international numbers, supplied through Twilio with a regulatory bundle. We couldn't find a UK landline number type on its pages. Its own guidance recommends turning call recording off for teams that need to follow UK, EU and EEA law. Checked 3 October 2026.
How much does Nooks cost?
Nooks doesn't publish a price. Its pricing page asks you to get in touch for a custom quote (checked 3 October 2026).
Nooks vs KIK Studio: which is better for a small UK team?
If you want parallel dialling, AI coaching and a HubSpot or Salesforce integration, Nooks is the closer fit. If you want one call at a time, a 15-second minimum ring enforced on the server and a do not call list built into the dialler, and you can work without CRM integrations for now, KIK Studio is built for that. KIK Studio pricing is not published yet.
