Everything the dialler does today.

A progressive dialler that runs in the browser. You load a list, press D, and work through it one call at a time, with the outcome, the recording and the follow-up taken care of as you go.

The real dialler layout. Names and numbers are made up.

Lists

Bring your own list.

CSV import

Upload a spreadsheet and map the columns. UK numbers are tidied into one format and duplicate contacts are merged.

Checked before you start

Anyone on your do not call list, or marked as TPS listed in your file, is flagged before the first dial.

Lists of any size

A list of twenty or twenty thousand works the same way. Rename it, start a session on it, and start again once everyone's been called.

Dialling

One call at a time, with you on every one.

In the browser

Headset in, page open, press D. There's nothing to install, and you choose the caller ID from your own numbers.

The right number first

It tries mobile first, then direct line, then switchboard, and shows the person's local time.

Ring time handled

An unanswered call can't be hung up before 15 seconds. It gives up after a limit you set, between 15 seconds and two minutes.

Auto-dial, with a pause

After you save an outcome, the next contact dials itself after a short countdown you can cancel. You set the length.

Microphone checks

If your microphone drops mid-call, the dialler tells you and tries to get it back. If no audio is leaving your machine, it says so.

Calls it won't place

It won't dial a number on your suppression list, and it won't dial if it can't confirm the call will be logged.

Outcomes

One key for the outcome. The follow-up writes itself.

The outcome keys
KeyOutcomeWhat happens next
1Meeting bookedA task to send the confirmation
2InterestedA follow-up task
3Not interestedA 90-day cool-off
5CallbackA callback at the time you pick
9Bad numberThat number is marked invalid
0Do not callPerson and number blocked for good

There are ten outcomes on the number keys, from meeting booked to do not call. Some take a second key for the detail, like which kind of not interested. Add a note, count the questions you asked, press Enter, and the next call starts.

You can rename the outcomes to match how you sell. Reports keep the original, so your numbers still add up.

Callbacks

Promised a call at two? It's there at two.

Top of the queue

A callback due today sits at the top of whatever list you're dialling, with its time on it, so you see it all day.

Not before it's due

It only comes up for dialling from 15 minutes before the time you promised. You can still pick it early by hand.

A page of their own

The Callbacks page splits them into overdue, due today and upcoming, with dial, done and skip on each one.

Recordings and the call log

Every call on record.

Recording from the answer

Recording starts when they pick up and is stored with the call. Play it back from the call log. You can switch recording off.

The call log

Every call with its outcome, note, ring time, talk time and recording. Filter by outcome, list or day.

Export any view

Whatever the filter shows downloads as a CSV, ready for a spreadsheet or your CRM.

Your numbers

Not yet

What it doesn't do today.

CRM integrations, transcription, AI summaries or coaching, parallel dialling, SMS, inbound calls, a mobile app, built-in TPS and CTPS screening, and calls outside the UK. Some of these are on the way.

If one of these is the reason you'd buy, say so when you join early access. That shapes what gets built next.

See it on your own list.

Early access opens to a small number of UK teams first. From £49 a seat a month, billed monthly, with no annual contract.
