The dialler for people who make their own calls.
One call at a time with you on every one, UK rules built into the dialler, and every call logged, recorded, and counted. For founders, freelancers and teams of up to twenty, from £49 a seat a month.
The real dialler layout. Names and numbers are made up.
Who it's for
Most diallers are built for big sales teams. I built this one for people who sell on their own.
The usual setup
- A quote, a seat minimum, and an annual contract
- Several lines ringing at once
- UK rules left to you
- A dashboard for a manager watching the team
KIK Studio
- From £49 a seat a month, billed monthly, one seat upwards
- One call at a time, with you on the line before they answer
- The ring time and your do not call list handled by the dialler
- Your own numbers, and a floor to dial with other people on the way
It's not for teams who want five lines ringing at once, stacks that live in Salesforce and nowhere else, or anyone who wants a quote, an annual contract, and a five-seat minimum. There are good tools for all of that.
How it works
From spreadsheet to first dial, with no setup call.
Import a list
Upload a CSV. UK numbers are tidied, duplicates merged, and anyone on your do not call list is marked before you start.
Dial from the browser
Press D. Unless they pick up sooner, it rings for at least 15 seconds, you're on the line before they answer, and there's nothing to install.
One key, then the next call
Press a number for the outcome and Enter. Callbacks and follow-ups are created for you, and the next contact dials itself.
Keyboard first
Dial, hang up, mute, outcome, and next, all from the keyboard. A whole block of calls without the mouse.
Callbacks on time
A callback you promised sits at the top of your queue all day and comes up when it's due, not hours early.
Microphone checks
The dialler watches every call and tells you if your microphone drops, before the prospect has to.
A call log you can export
Every call with its outcome, note and recording, filtered by list or day, and downloadable as a CSV.
Count your questions
Sales is asking questions. Log how many you asked on each call and see if it goes up.
Your numbers, always
Dials, connects, connect rate, talk time and questions for today, this week, this month, this year and all time.
Your numbers
Know how your week went before anyone asks.
The home screen keeps a running record of your calling, so there's no spreadsheet to keep alongside it.
| Period | Dials | Connects | Rate | Talk | Questions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Today | 48 | 29 | 60% | 41:10 | 57 |
| This week | 186 | 104 | 56% | 2:38:05 | 212 |
| This month | 640 | 351 | 55% | 9:12:40 | 731 |
| All time | 2,410 | 1,302 | 54% | 34:48:12 | 2,804 |
The Floor, in development
Dial together, even when you work alone.
Calling on your own is the hard part. The Floor will be a room of people from different businesses dialling at the same time: scheduled power hours, a board for the hour, and a chat for the minute between calls.
- Nobody sees who you're calling, only that you're on a call
- Boards will count conversations and meetings, not dials
- Later, role-play rooms to practise objections with each other
UK rules
Ofcom expects a 15-second ring. The dialler enforces it.
Ofcom's persistent misuse policy covers abandoned and silent calls to UK numbers. KIK Studio dials one call at a time with you already on the line, so there's nobody to abandon.
Minimum ring time
Checked on the server, not left to whoever's on the call.
Do not call list
Press 0 and that person and their number are never dialled again.
Your suppression list
Upload numbers, emails and company domains you won't call.
TPS and CTPS
Screen your list before you import it. Built-in screening is planned.

Why I'm building it
I cold call for my own businesses. The diallers built for big US sales floors cost thousands a seat a year, need five seats, and treat UK rules as a footnote. The cheap phone systems have no idea what an outcome is.
I wanted a tool that respects Ofcom by design, keeps my recordings, and costs a monthly fee I can cancel. So I'm building it, and using it every day while I do.
Questions
Is KIK Studio a power dialler?
It's a progressive dialler. It dials the next contact for you, one call at a time, and you're on the line before they answer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, with a headset.
How much does it cost?
From £49 a seat a month, billed monthly. No annual contract and no minimum number of seats.
Can I call outside the UK?
Not yet. Today it dials UK numbers only.
When can I start?
