KIK Studio vs Kixie.

Kixie is a US-based communications platform with a power dialler of up to 4 lines. KIK Studio is a progressive dialler for UK and EU B2B teams of one to twenty. The facts from Kixie's own pages, checked 3 October 2026.

Kixie calls itself "The AI-powered communications platform", with a power dialler that runs one line or up to 4 at once. I built KIK Studio for UK and EU B2B teams of one to twenty who want to make one call at a time, with a rep on every call. Everything below about Kixie comes from its own pages, checked on 3 October 2026, with the sources at the end.

One point on Kixie's pricing page is unclear. The Multi-Line PowerDialer card lists "AI Human Detection (Premium add on)", while the comparison table ticks it for the same plan. I can't tell from the page whether it's included or extra.

Where Kixie is the better choice

  • Teams that want parallel dialling. Kixie's Multi-Line PowerDialer plan dials up to 4 numbers at once.
  • Teams on HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho. Kixie describes its CRM integrations as "one-click bi-directional".
  • Teams calling mainly the US and Canada, where Kixie's minutes are unlimited and its do not call checks run against the US National Do Not Call Registry.
  • Teams that want live coaching. Managers can whisper to a rep or barge into a call.

Where KIK Studio fits

KIK Studio is a browser-based dialler, built in Sheffield, and I use it on my own cold calls. It's built around UK and EU B2B calling, one call at a time, with a rep on every call.

A ringing call can't be hung up before 15 seconds, and that's enforced on the server. Unanswered calls give up after a limit you set.

Pressing 0 adds the person and number to your do not call list. You can upload your own list of numbers, emails and company domains. A suppressed number can't be dialled, and the card tells you why.

Lists come in by CSV, with UK number normalisation and duplicate handling. One-key outcomes from 1 to 9 and 0 create follow-up tasks. Callbacks go to the top of the queue on the day they're due, and the next contact dials after each outcome. The call log has filters and CSV export.

It doesn't have CRM integrations, transcription, AI summaries or coaching, parallel dialling, SMS, inbound call centre features, a mobile app, or built-in TPS screening today. Pricing is not published yet.

UK rules and calling

Kixie's compliance pages are written around US rules. Its power dialler page says it supports "checks against the National Do Not Call Registry and your internal suppression lists", and its recording settings are framed around "FCC and TCPA regulations". Kixie also sells a Compliance Add-on for "Automated compliance with Do Not Call registries". The page doesn't say whether that covers the UK TPS or CTPS.

In the UK, the registers are the TPS and the CTPS, and B2B callers screen against both. The TPS and CTPS guide explains why. KIK Studio doesn't screen against them either, so screen your list before you import it.

Ofcom's policy on abandoned and silent calls covers any dialler used to call the UK, whatever its mode, and it expects unanswered calls to ring for at least 15 seconds. The UK cold calling law guide has the detail.

Both tools record calls. If you record, tell the person. The call recording guide covers what UK law expects.

Which one to pick

If your calls are mostly into the US and Canada, or you want up to 4 lines with a CRM sync, Kixie is built for that. If you're calling UK businesses one at a time and want the ring time and do not call list handled by the dialler, KIK Studio is in early access.

Kixie vs KIK Studio: which is better for a small UK team?

If you want up to 4 lines at once and a two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho, Kixie offers those. If you mainly call UK businesses and want a 15-second minimum ring and a do not call list built into the dialler, KIK Studio is built for that. KIK Studio pricing is not published yet.
